New Spark Solutions was founded with one mission: to provide homeowners with dependable roofing and restoration solutions they can trust.
Founder Niko Bulin has been working in the roofing and restoration industry since 2016. Prior to entering the industry, he served in the United States Marine Corps, where values like discipline, integrity, and commitment to service were instilled early.
In January of 2026, Niko partnered with Michael Hanania to build New Spark Solutions with a clear vision — to create a company that truly helps homeowners navigate roofing repairs, storm damage, and insurance claims without the stress that often comes with it.
Today, New Spark Solutions provides complete roofing and exterior restoration services for homeowners across Princeton and surrounding Western Kentucky communities.
